DD brake problems

When you replaced the rotors, how did you push the caliper pistons in? IF
you didn't open the bleeder valves, you may have pushed something up into
either the master cylinder or (more likely) the prop valves and clogged
them. ALWAYS open the bleeder valve!! This is even more important on the
newer ABS systems because you don't want to clog those things up and then
have much smaller valving than a regular master or prop valve. The other,
less likely, possibility is that you twisted or collapsed a brake line
(rubber). Check the brake lines, then grab a buddy and try to flush the
heck out of it before you decide to replace anything else. I had someone
plug up an ABS system once and it did this and I was able to fix it by
flushing the system!! HTH!!

Dave

P.S. What I mean by flushing is to bleed, bleed, bleed!! Get all the crap
ran through the system and, remember, brake fluid is cheaper than masters
and prop valves!!
