lurkers

Depends on what what's going on.
Some, like Mike, are listening for the info, not ready to jump in with
comments until they feel more comfortable/confident.  Those are the lurkers,
and lurker is not a derogative term....just descriptive.
The ones who just don't have the time to "enter-in" much aren't lurkers,
they're 'semi-listers'.
