steering wheel adapters

i bought a nice wheel at a swap a few days ago but the adapter is for a bug (splines on a bug are bigger).

is there and adapter that would fit a roc and a "Formuling?" wheel with 9 bolts in a 3.75" diameter?

if i cant find one (most likely) ill try and find any 'roc adapter and just figure out a way to mount the wheel (including drilling, possibly welding), or get a cheap stock wheel and rip it apart for the splined peice and weld it onto the bug adapter...

any ideas? i love this wheel.
