Temps still getting too high



I agree with Peter about the cap, I had the same problem, however, Double
check you t-stat if the cap doesn't help.  I also purchased one from
Auto-zone continued to have problems and when I pulled it, I looked at the
stamping on the T-stat and it was stamped as a 195 when the packaging it
came in said it was a 180.  Also, the packaging was not tampered with in any
way.  Also, you could still have an air buble, drill a few more small holes
the lip of the t-stat.  I drilled about 5 in mine.
