First Scirocco

ok. that's all kinds of wrong, but easy to fix.  that's the crankcase 
ventilation system.  the taped end goes where you think it goes.  that 
little nubbin' coming off the taped end should connect to the cold start 
enrichment on the drivers side of the lower (i think, maybe bottom end of 
upper) intake manifold. that hose looks too short-i don't think everything 
will reach, but give it a shot. hth,
