First Scirocco

I just bought it on tuesday.
It may not be in excellent condition, but what else
would you expect from a six hundred dollar car?

OK, it's far from excellent condition...

It's got plenty of little (I hope) problems, but this
is a little strange, there's a hose that is on the
wrong side of the engine compartment and the end is
just covered in electrical tape.

Unfortunately it's not really driveable yet.

Also, anyone have a parking brake boot or any
suggestions on jury-rigging my own?
