16v knock sensor diagnosis w/led test light

Here is a VWVortex forum thread, I pull it out to show PIN #4 on the K/S
box as the test port. Now, all cars (depending on year & model) will
have different colored wires, so keep that in mind.

Somewhere down in the thread is the Bentley procedure, for those of us
without later Bentleys to refer to.
