I must say I'm a bit skeptical - I would think that anything that =
could have been done to the CIS-E box would have already been done. That =
view could be too simplistic, but there are scores of people (10000x =
more knowledgable about Bosch fuel injection tuning than me) who have =
$$$ researching performance gains on the CIS-E system. I'm sure that if =
any method was found that was half-way reliable, someone would have =
capitalized on it by now...

I just called them since they are a few miles away. The guy on the =
phone said that they can do Motronic 89 and later. Then I asked about 88 =
and earlier and they said they can chip the Jetronic box on a Scirocco. =
The guy on the phone seemed to be know what he was talking about.
