What is "Excessive speed"?



Give this some thought:
An Acura 3.2CL Type-S takes nearly 180 feet to stop on clear, dry pavement
from 70 mph.
This guy went another 89 feet (so, was he going....what 75mph? 80mph?) then
flew through the air (which won't slow anything down), then rolled, which
also doesn't have much coefficient of friction!
He wasn't going much faster than most of you guys who were caravaning to
Cindy.....
