Reconditioning the suspension (was: 86 8v suspension/wheel bearings/brakes)

I was just going to delve into this myself today...

Except, while I been through these motions before, it was quite some time
ago - I was going to ask exactly what I should be doing to recondition the
ride (both 16v and 8v, if there are any differences).

Which bushings should I replace? Should I replace the bearings if they're
not necessarily bad (150+ miles on both cars)? Ball Joints?

Should I take the time to try to find those early A1 Strut Bearing Mounts
(did I get that right?).

What all should I be taking of (other than obvious shocks and springs
(either Bilstein Sports or Bilstein/Koni Combo w/ H&R Sports))?

Thanks in advance - Jeff
