Tool - Compression Test

I'm in search of a compression test kit. Is the $25 Sears/Craftsman
adequate? Sears also sells a KAL equipment compression test kit for
$115. Is it worth it? What other manufaturers/brands do you
use/recommend and where can I purchase?
I don't mind spending $$ for better quality, but if the $25 Sears one
is generally considered decent, I'll get it.
As always, all opinions welcome.
