Injector Seats

My 3rd injector moves like a bitch.I heard the injector seats sometimes
break. Anyone know how much they cost to replace? I think you need a
special tool to remove them, where can I get this tool? Anyone happen to
know the part #? Another thing is the Idle Adjuster Screw in the back of
the throttle body.whats the part # to that?
