Well, it's funny you asked.  I had someone else do it because there are s=
ome
slight mods to be done.  I actually am not positive about the Scirocco bu=
t
suspect it is similar.  You have to tap a dent in the side for shock
clearance and I kept the funky S shaped tail pipe (sorta looks Porschish).
As far as how it mounts, I originally installed it with a clamp then drov=
e
to the muffler shop and told them to dress it up.  I didn't want anything
welded onto my TT system so I had them clamp it and put a tack on it.  I =
am
considering welding the rest of the system though!!  You won't be
disappointed!!

I have a '95 Saab 9000 turbo muffler in my attic,
with around 5K miles on it...

Did you clamp it on, or weld it on?
The reason I ask is that the piping is around 16ga.
very thick for a muffler.
