for those of you that like low end torque...



ok, then the simple question comes up yet again, why are those 2 drag cars (one of which running 10
second quarters), using 1.8 blocks vs. 2.0's? is there something here i am missing? Something is up
with this shorter stroke. Another thing that gets me is even the brand new vw 1.8t motor is the
exact same bore/stroke as the old scirocco 1.8 block. why does everyone keep going to those
bore/stroke numbers?
