Sorry for the delay (took me a while to find the sheet I had this on):
Part #:  051 905 085 PRE
I checked with my local VW dealer -- they can order the part.  $6.07.
The green o-ring on the base is in stock.  Must be common to many
applications.
BTW, this info came from the list and I was told NAPA carries the part
as well (mfgr: Chicago Rawhide) and the part # is in the archives.
Somewhere.
