16v timing



I initiated a thread about this a while back and no one seemed to know what
was up. My v belt pulley mark is at about 9:30 when the crank and flywheel
are actually at TDC. I set up the cams based upon the flywheel and
everything is fine. So to answer your question I don't have a clue.
