crank crank crank fuck...

when you think about what could be wrong, assume that everythnig is hooked up correctly, because it is, the fuel pump is working, the 5th injector is working, everything is working.  The car just has progressively gotten worse.  About a month ago it started to fail to start.  Now it refuses to start...sometimes i can get a sputter, but thats only after i trick around witht he ignition switch.  Could my ignition switch be bad?  What would cause a progressive deterioration of performance and the failure to start?  The tach jumping is what im really concerned about.  Any ideas? anybody? assume that everything is hooked up.  

again, the car refuses to start, its getting fuel, and ive replaced all the parts listed per bentley for the other symptoms that manifest themselves in my car.  please, i need help!!!
