9-11 hp before or after chip?  I'm assuming youre comparing to 2.0 with
CIS-E.  Thanks Brett, just when i finally talk myself out of doing the swap...

ps: does everything that needs to be done occur solely in the engine bay,
or do you have to get involved with the fusepanel?
