RE: tranny final ratios (4k,fk,9a,&2h)

The numbers on scirocco.org for the gear charts where originally based on
a chart as published by EM Sport, which I believe was based on the original
VW&P article, which I actually have and should verify against at some point.

So, tired of hearing about this, I changed the 3.89 to a 3.94.  Peace. :)
