WTB: mk2 two wiper mechanism

I decided to adjust the position of the drivers side
arm this weekend.

one little twist and the stud sheared off . . . never
seen that in all the freakin time I've been driving
VWs . . . must of been abused badly 

So, if anyone out there (84 & up) has converted to
single wiper and would like to unload the old dual
mechanism - please contact me at the email address
