Re: clutch problems persist



This may be completely unrelated, but just recently my clutch (stock 16V PP
with 8V disc) was dragging, wouldn't disengage completely and rattled when
the pedal was pushed to the floor. Everything looked fine after removing the
clutch and inspecting everything. After reassembly, at the next opportunity
the pressure plate sheared some rivets so a bunch of crap could circulate
around inside the bellhousing generally chewing everything up.
The PP was 2 months old and not abused.
