what now? (update!)

hey everyone.

bad news.
i pulled the head off today and it looked like
wacked everywhere. first i pop that head off. every
cylinder is filled with mixed coolant, gas, oil, ass
juice, everything! bah.

alright, so i flip the head over to check the valves
first. everything *looks* okay, but i guess that doesn't
mean anything. right away i notice right near the intake
valves, there's like a area that looks all trashed. it 
looks like the metal was hacked up. i look inside the cylinder
and notice the same thing on the top of the piston. i also
see that at the opposite side of all that damage on the piston,
it looks like there is a chunk missing out of it!! the walls in
the cylinder aren't hacked up, thank god. don't know if that
makes any of a difference. so wacked out.

i've uploaded some pictures up of everything. i'm not sure 
if the head is completly useless. has anyone ever seen damage
like this? i think when my crank pulley sheared the woodruff, that
was it for everything. the valves started kissing the pistons and
that was that. eventually lead to disaster...

any input would be appreciated.
