ever drive in PLano texas (north of dallas area)... they give ticket for 60
in a 55 zone... hell my wife got a 57 in a 55 zone ticket... that is just
it. Plano cops speedtrap everywhere because they can... and it is a well
known zone in dallas for ... don't speed there... btw they have the lowest
rate of accidents in N-Texas. (though the drug addicition problems with
cocaine, and speed are their biggest problem..hehe)
