RE: best motor mount configuration?



I put one on my '87 16V....for three days.  The steering wheel vibrated
enough to cause considerable discomfort in my hands during the 30-minute
drive to/from work.  Replaced it with the OEM unit (had to hacksaw steering
rack clearance), now life is good.  (and I'm enjoying the ride)  I'll sell
the MS unit to anyone who wants to try it.....$40 incl shipping.

Add one fragged poly rear mount.  

How do you like that solid rear mount?  Seems as thought that would
vvviiibbbrraaaattteeee badly...  Any opinions on livability with the VW
Motorsport rear mount?
