Its the same as what was in the Roc. Sorry. *(Unless he had something
else in the GTi.)

Uh, yup. TONS of stuff you could do. How much money you got?

That would follow under 2 above. It all depends on what you want out of
the motor. Yeah-yeah, I know, you want F1 performance with a $2 budget.
Sit down and figure out what you want AND can afford to do. Weight the
bang for the buck, pick the bang then go for it. 
Otherwise, you can see some good gains with a mild cam with the existing
mods.
