You do know that the halogen "xenon"/"hid" bulbs are not really xenon bulbs 
but coated in blue. How great these bulbs are ... I don't know, although 
I've only heard that they tend to produce more glare.

Get some high output uncoated halogen bulbs. You're less likely to get 
hasseled by other drivers or cops.

Or, retrofit the cars properly with xenon units ... not cheap nor easy!

If you do want to get good quality bulbs I do believe hella produces "xenon" 
look bulbs. You can't go wrong with that company.
