Stay away from those forks if you intend to reuse the tie rod end.
The forks tear up the rubber boot.

Use a puller like this $25.00 one from Sears - part # 46905.  It's a
great addition to the tool chest.

Take the nut off, and from the underside, hook the jaws over the top
(of the hub part), and tighten down the puller to push up on the tie
rod end to pop it loose.  (hope that makes sense!)
