Dash Lights, cigarette lighter, in dash clock, power antenna are on a single
fuse. if they have all failed I would suggest the fuse. if not I don't
really know to be honest as you have the parking lights but that could be
just your switch that has a burned foil to permit these to work.

Head lights still work, brake lights still work, but i seem to have lost
all dash lights and parking lights (not to mention stereo).

Would this sound like a relay?  my fuses looked ok at a glance.
