I've got a 5th gear conversion in my 16v and I can got always get 360 miles 
on a full tank.  And if I push it 390, meaning that when i go to fill the 
tank the pump will read 13.8gallons. I'm averaging an extra 1 to 2 extra mpg 
w/ the conversion.
