RE: Slipping out of gear



Stop driving the car and check the transaxle fluid level!  It might only be
just low, but you really don't want to be taking any chances.  The position of
5th is such that it will start to have problems from lack of fluid before
anything else, but if you don't get it soon, you won't have 5th gear at all.  I
learned this the hardway.  It only popped out of 5th once on me, then I lost
5th completely.  $750 to fix things was a tough lesson.
