Thats an exellent parts car assuming the original parts are all still on it.  
The best part to look for is the correct transmission which would either be a 
4K or 2H that alone can be worth 200. Then there are the sway bars and vented 
front discs, and the regular suspension parts that can be saved as spares for 
the scirocco or be painted and rebushed then swapped to your car with minimal 
downtime.
The seats can be used in your car too if you if you are handy with the hog 
ring pliers and there are 3 VDO guages in the console.  Pretty much 
everything bolted to the floorpan and engine bay can be used on a scirocco.
