low idle, too low that is

ok, the rieger has an idle of about 600 rpm. this is a tad low for a 16v
engine, and since the mounts are bad it makes the whole car try to come
apart. the car has shrick cams (i think), and a full autotech exhaust (head
back, no cat, cheezy muffler). adjusting the idle speed adjust screw on
throttle body has an effect, in other direction (its wide open). vacuum
seems good. any other things that would raise the idle? i havent checked
mixture yet, but im not sure i could even measure it correctly at this low
an idle. damn thing sounds like a harley (which is kinda cool, but its too
close to sputter-out speed for me).
