Oh.

- Clamp down on rubber portion with vice grips (or pliers) to prevent turning.
- Burn the damn thing out.
- Hacksaw at the rubber, avoiding metal the best you can, until it
begins to shred.
- Cut the bracket. Dig a hole, say a few words.
