Scirocco TV sighting

Anyone watch Police Camera Action on The Learning Channel? My brother was
watching an episode of the show yesterday and there was a Scirocco that
drove by in the scene. It's in the beginning of the show when the British
host is standing on a stone bridge and you see a white commercial Vanagon
go by and then a few seconds later the a blue mk2 goes by.
