I feel ya man-

Removed more stuff today, less is on the car than off right now. I
found my brother's metal creeper in the shed. vu ja de'.

- I wish _I_ had your impact wrench, can't take shocks apart. Oh well,
the old ones look like H&Rs anyway. (N.Speed?)

- Race header removed (thank god!) Dual manifold from 'somewhere', and
dual downpipe from a 1.6L mate just right. Now coated with antirust.

- Clutch components (new) look at me with baleful eyes; "All we need is
some carb cleaner!, Install US!...".

- Donor GTI looks and laughs; "Hahaha, you'll never touch me, you have
too much to do over there."

- Simple Green begins to work it's magic today in the engine bay,
firewall starts to regain it's correct color.

- Vintage RedLine Synth is pulled from the wine cellar (3 years old) as
trans gets drained. (I found my 17mm hex!)

- Found my radio faceplate. (yeah!)

- Find header is longer underneath than dual downpipe. Discover exhaust
shortfall. Wonder if I can find that corrugated pipe I got off of a
diesel. WOnder if i can get a cat back from TurboTim on Sat, during the
sale. Maybe I'll just graft a pipe up under there, yeah, that's the ticket.

Wonder if I can get it done in four days. Er, nights.

                          Of course I can! I'm a Roccian!
