What's up with One Lap?

Was following another thread, so I visit
http://www.onelapofamerica.com/, and on the entrant's
page there's entry #84, 1984 Volkswagen Scirocco,
entered by lister Yarrow Thorne and Guy Rososhansky
...WTF?  Did we know about this, or am I totally
farking clueless?  

Unfortunately, results ain't too hot...like 0 points
and a whole string of DNF/DNS's...are they still
running?  Somebody clue me in!  

Man, I wanna do this some day!
