Re: Update on Relaying Headlamps



Are you sure you don't have  an actual short circuit?  Do the hi-beams 
turn on at all?
If so, I'd maybe take it up to 20amp for the next step.  Also, remember, 
if you are only
using 16 guage wire, what's the point of relaying the lights?  (except 
to save the light switch)
Don't you want to increase the current flow to the lights?   I ran 8 
gauge in my truck which
may have been overkill but you damned sure know it was bright as hell!
