It seems that im back again

hey everybody

well...i now officially have no money left in my bank account!
i just bought an 81 mars red s.  I found it about a month ago and went away 
to the u.k. for a bit.  came home and saw that kevin collins posted it to our 
little family here....good eye dude! meant i had to move quick

here we go.

1.7 liter motor...just rebuilt.ultra smooth idle..started right 
up.........damn this shit is slow! no rust on shock towers under the hood
not sure what kind of tranny but it has a very slight leak....im thinking 
final drive flange seal.
155k on body....aftermarket sunroof that doesnt leak but of course has light 
rust around it : (.
absolutely beautiful interior s interior..black with white and green stripes.
......tiny tear in the upper driver seat bolster thats it.
wonderfully straight body!

now for the bad:

pretty badly damaged front kamei spoiler (need one...they look cool)
minor rust on rockers
minor rust on upper parts of wheel wells(front and back)
strut bearings are going to need replacement.

i think i paid about what it is worth(1300)and after driving it a bit i 
realized that i has been taken care of and will run with this drivetrain for 
quite a while (maybe 2 years or more) without problems...fortunately this is 
not my plan tho...

id like to again thank everybody for taking the time to write me about my 
shitty accident and cheering me up.

this is where the fun starts!
