scirocco parts

Hope someone can help me.  I was wondering if anyone has or can direct me to 
where I can get the city lights for my euro lights.  If anyone can get a part 
number even.  Not sure what to do to get them any help would be appreciated.  
Also I need the rear trailing arm for a 8v or a 16v scirocco, doesn't matter. 
 I live in the Baltimore area and need it fast.  My brother scirocco needs it 
to pass inspection, have 30 days from yesterday.  Thanks
