Heh! I used to do that. Then I realized a wooden bat had more oomph!
Talking car alarms suck. :)

Kidding aside, I bet that if you just removed the taunting alarm, your
problems would of been solved? I think a more effective method is LOJAC
backed up with a car paging system. If you cant be there to protect it
then an anoying sound maker surly wont do it, fo-sho.
