Re: Peloquin 80% question



Phil, I've never driven a car with the diff kit, but I do have a Quaife in
my car.  I'd imagine the sensations are similar, as both pieces of hardware
are trying to do the same thing.  That's why I'm switching to P/S.  When
you're on the power, it's hard to control what direction the front wheels
are pointed in when they're both clawing for traction.  It's fun, in a
coarse, hairshirt old-school sports car kind of way.  I'm swicthing not
because steering effort was too high or i didn't like the way the car drove,
but because I wanted to get through the cones faster on an autocross course.
Without P/S I had to have both hands on the wheel or the car would continue
in what ever direction the wheels were last pointed in, making it hard to
shift.
