RE: Refinishing euro bumpers - paint?

What primer/paint is best for bumper covers? I have
euro bumpers that are currently black, and after some
prep and paint they'll be red (some year!). I know
Ditzler makes a nice two-part epoxy etching primer
that supposed to be flexible and indestructible, and a
similar paint too, but will a regular paint with a
flex agent work? Any other suggestions?

Just want to know what to tell the body shop when the
time comes (some of this stuff ain't home paintable,
it'll damned near kill you).

BTW, their black primer mentioned above is a satin
finish, and makes black bumpers look fantastic all by
itself. Won't fade, crack, peel, etc.
