I had a black '83 which turned out to be parts for one of my rocco's.
I have 2 1981's, one is an 8V and the other a 16v conversion (still not 
running... Arrgghhh)

As for your son. 17? You must be an old fart. I can say that with some 
measure of pride as I am the "Old Fartress" of the list. She is still 
trailing despite her car..

The poeple are true VWers, good and really knowedgeable (some can't spell 
though)
