Ive had problems on two different cars w/ac,I replaced the rubber parts inside the vacum distributer once ,not too difficult.I also have replaced the vacum solenoid on the inlet flap( under drip tray, passenger side) on both my cars.You also want to make sure that the vacum line has the little one way valve between the engine and vac. distrib.
