Hi, im a retard and I partied a little too hard last night :) The benefits are, no emissions, no state inspection, and nifty tags that say antique. In my case, this is cool since the 75 would probably never pass emissions, and state inspection... yeah right. Heh. But, maryland does demand the car is at least 20-21 years old AFAIK, im not sure about cali though... check. Maybe you could pull some strings and get collectors tags since you did such a complete restore? try searching around the state.ca.us domain, and attach the prefix of whatever your motor vehicle department uses. Maryland has theirs online, and im sure CA does. Peace,
