Sorry, but you don't turn 8000 or 9000 rpm with low quality parts. Inertia
loads due to rpm are the highest loads a street engine sees. Hondas (Acuras)
are the only inexpensive cars that are designed to operate and live at that
kind of RPM.
You're letting emotion cloud your engineering judgement or lack thereof.
