Do so and you could get shot. It took me 2 1/2 months to work out the 
problem with the 8v, I STILL have to get my 16v to run...
I know how you feel.
Wouldn't you feel like an ass if some one drags it home, turns a screw 
driver a 1/4 turn and it raors to life?
Gross exageration there...
Don't give up. Some one close may be able to come over for a tech 
weekend....
