I F*king quit!!

I can NOT get this 16V to start no matter what I do. (see previous posts
on problems).

What I did:
Verified fuel delivery to filter
Verified fuel past filter.
Verified fuel to injectors
Verified spark

Verified DPR, Spark plugs, Fuel plate, cap/rotor/plugs/wires.
I did not check valve timing or compression.. but belt is new, intact
and still tight so Im not guessing either of those are the problem. Also
checked distributor (ignition) and its tight and hasnt moved.

If anyone has either:
1) An idea
2) A flat bed and $10
