Re: Oil Pressure Buzzer - Latest nagging problem

Anyone that plans on performance mods should get an oil pressure gauge early
in the game. They are relatively inexpensive and tell you things you need
to know. A heavy duty oil pump should be one of the early mods on your
list. If you do not drive the car more than once a week...you can have some
valve noise upon start up for a few seconds and it doesnt mean you are in
trouble. It is not normal for excessive noise to last with hydraulic
lifters. When I began to notice the lifter noise and the light flickering,
it was the beginning of the 1.8 to 2.0 swap.
