Let me be the first to say it:

DORK!

Then, just know that it wont hurt anything as long as you don't run the
motor. Drain and fill with oil (and filter) and you should be fine.
Whatever residual H2O will evaporate once you get to a normal (or above)
operating temp. You might see some white goo on the inside of the oil
filler cap. (you know the thing you left off. That thing.) Just clean it
off (maybe a couple times. Brake cleaner kicks ass, is fast and
evaporates quickly.) and monitor the oil. 
Should be fine.
